This Discovery Education SEM Kit
for the Institute of Food Technologists was created to inform high school juniors and seniors of career opportunities in food science. CrossMedia created two separate kits. One for science teachers with a rich curriculum in physics, chemistry and biology. A second one for guidance counselors with detailed info on college programs, scholarship sources and industry salaries. Discovery DVD’s on “The Science of Food” and “Careers in Food Science” were also included. Additionally, the program was supported online by a microsite.
